The development is located on Sal Island. The island is the tourist centre of Cape Verde. The project is being offered by the Islands largest developer and is situated just north of the islands Main town Santa Maria only 300m from wide golden sand beaches. The resort is designed to emulate a small colonial village amidst luxurious green areas. This is achieved through a balance between urban structures, along an exclusively pedestrian area and green community areas with private swimming pools.
The project will feature:

There will be resort management which will take care of all aspects of the resort as well as individual units as agreed with each owner.
Rental Guarantee to be run by the resort management office.

Homeowners will be given a gross annual rental return of 5% under the following terms:
1. The property unit has to be available to the management company 365 days a year
2. The payment will be adjusted pro-rata downwards according to usage rates
3. The payment of the return will be paid semesterly
4. The property should be furnished.

The apartments are all located on the higher part of the development; they are distributed between 13 individually gated communities, around a dedicated pedestrian area.Apartments range from Studios to 3 bedroom properties, of various sizes (42m 134m) + terraces.

Every payment that is made is to be held in Escrow by the developers solicitors in London. The development also offers a Bank guarantee on every payment made before construction starts. The development has all relevant Building Licenses and offer a No. of guarantees once the property has been completed. Every property is Freehold, and there are absolutely no restrictions on selling before completion.
