Cape Verde Property Guide
The Cape Verde Islands currently have 2 International Airports; two more will open on other Islands in 2006. There are daily scheduled flights to Europe, North America and South Africa, plus charter flights from several countries in Europe. The national airline (TACV) will start direct flights to the UK in 2006. Cape Verde is 5½ hours from the UK, one hour further than the Canaries. TACV also operates inter-island flights and there are some ferry services for those looking to explore the Cape Verde Islands and do some island hopping.
The Cape Verde Islands Weather is fantastic all year round. The temperatures range from 23º to 29º despite being tropical and you are cooled by the North-East trade winds. There isn’t really any rain or Bad Weather to speak of, but it rains a little from August to October, 2005. “Cape Verde is set to become one of the top destinations of 2006” and is already a great place to invest in property with an excellent range of new developments for sale at very reasonable prices. There has never been a better time to invest in property in the Cape Verde Islands.
