Croatia Property Investments
The Croatian real estate market is still in its infancy. Land and house prices are favourable, particularly on the islands, where there are beautiful stone houses built in the traditional style. There are also excellent opportunites to acquire prime location real estate at reasonable prices in historic towns such as Dubrovnik, Hvar and Zadar.
It is very difficult to compare prices of properties in Croatia, as obviously there are various "hotspots". It is a rising market but when compared to equivalent properties in Spain, France and Italy, they are consistently at least 30-40% cheaper.
