It has been reported that the completed project will be 7 times the size of Euro Disneyland. Stadium Excellence
The Dubai sports city stadium complex features purpose built stadia capable of holding major Global sporting events throughout the year. Dubai Sports City will be part of the Olympic bid from the UAE in 2020.
Dedicated Cricket Stadium
Following the new agreement with the International Cricket Council ( ICC ), The cricket stadium has now superseded Lords as the home of Global Cricket. This 40,000 seat stadium will play host to international test matches and will be a future venue for the Cricket World Cup.
Outdoor Multipurpose Stadium
The outdoor stadium houses comprehensive facilities for events such as Football, Rugby and track and field. The future Dubai Rugby sevens tournament will be held in this stadium. With the capacity to hold and facilitate a large amount of fans, the stadium will become the regions premier venue for big ticket sporting attractions.
Indoor Multipurpose Stadium
