    The Properties

    The resort will consist of several blocks of 3 stories each. The luxury apartments for sale will each have a living area of 80m2 including 2 bedrooms. Each apartment will have a balcony measuring 16m2. The ground floor apartments will have a garden of 60m2 and the penthouses will have a roof terrace of 50m2. There will also be a hotel built onsite consisting of 150 rooms. The entire complex is being built for tourists that will rent your apartment on the basis of an all-facilities holiday. The apartments will be fitted with all mod-cons and can be delivered fully furnished* for an extra price. After completion of your apartment, a building guarantee will be issued for a full 5 years.

    Investment Opportunity

    Every person who invests in a property on this resort will be invited to enter a 5 year guaranteed rental scheme. The scheme runs for 5 years from the date you sign your title deed at completion and will offer an average return of 10% (Purchase Price) over the 5 years. The scheme is being operated on a sliding scale basis with a return of: 6% in Year 1, 8% - Year 2, 10% - Year 3, 12% - year 4, 14% - Year 5. This is calculated against the Property Purchase price. Each owner will also receive 6 weeks personal use, during October – June. During the rental contract, the maintenance and operational expenses are the obligation of the rental company. Once the rental agreement expires you will then have the choice of renewing the agreement, keep the apartment personally or resell it.
