Morocco nestles on the north western tip of Africa, separated from the rest of the continent by the towering Atlas Mountains and by the Sahara. It´s climate, geography and history are more closely related to the Mediterranean than to the rest of Africa and for this reason visitors are often struck by the odd sensation of having not quite reached Africa. This development will be one of the most exclusive developments within the Azur programme, offering modern beautifully designed apartments, penthouses and villas located within the Mediterranea-Saidia Resort on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco.
Mediterranea-Saidia will border 6kms of unspoilt coastline and the plans include 11 Hotels, three 18 holes golf courses, and an 840 berth marina with several shopping areas providing a host of fantastic facilities for the residents. This will be the latest-generation holiday resort. Medeiterrania-Saida has excellent communications that allows the resort to be easily and quickly connected with the main cities in Morocco, Europe and the rest of the world. It is forecast that Mediterrania-Saida will attract a minimum of 250,000 visitors a year increasing to more than 500,000 by 2012. Apartments
The apartment development will be a gated community and is on a large plot of some 72,000 m2 making the environment feel very spacious. It will consist of 2 beds 2 bath apartments and 3 beds 3 bath penthouses constructed low rise with only 4 apartments and a penthouse connected by an elevator with another block. Each property will have a designated parking bay.
The ground floor apartments comprise 2 beds, 2 baths with direct access onto a private terrace and garden leading onto the sub-tropical communal gardens with three communal swimming pools. Apartments on the first floor comprise 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with lift access, fully equipped kitchen and delightful private terrace with views over the communal gardens. The stunning penthouses, with lift access, comprise 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and spectacular roof terraces with sea and golf views. They also have the option of a Jacuzzi and/or built-in barbecue.
